The aim is to teach you how to give a safe and effective hand massage to your clients so that you can enhance their experience and your business.
Hand massage is often very underrated yet we use our hands all day, from fine detailed work of typing, texting, and writing to the weight bearing work of picking things up and carrying. Much of this work is repetitive and even when we are sat down, our hands are still often working. Massaging the hands can also start to release tension that is held in the arms, shoulders and upper back so in giving a good massage treatment to the hands we are often doing so much more.
Course Information
This one-day CPD course is a practical day to develop your skills. We will discuss any specific contraindications for this massage and learn this detailed massage, its techniques and hand saving ways of varying your pressure.

The aim of this workshop is to teach you how to give a safe, effective and detailed foot massage to your clients so that you can enhance their experience and your business.
Foot massage is often underrated yet we are often up and down on our feet all day. Not only do our feet carry us around all day, they also often do it squeezed into shoes that are made more for fashion than for the well-being of our feet! Massaging the feet can also start to release tension that is held in the legs, hips and lower back so in giving a good massage treatment to the feet we are often doing so much more.

The aim of this short course is to teach you how to give a safe and effective head and scalp massage to your clients so that you can enhance their experience and your business.
Head and scalp massage is one of the most relaxing massage treatments that you can give. In the Western World we spend so much time thinking and trying to work out problems, often while being bombarded with other stimuli and being constantly ‘contactable’ via a whole range of electronic devices. Having some ‘down time’ when we cannot be contacted and can just ‘switch off’ is becoming a rare phenomenon. In head and scalp massage you allow your clients just this – and at the same time can begin to release tension that is building up in the neck and shoulders.

Thermal Auricular Therapy - 1 day course
Thermal Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candles) is a gentle and non-invasive treatment, used to treat a variety of conditions of the ear. Ear candles are traditionally used to treat a range of conditions in the interconnected ear, nose and throat areas such as excessive / compacted earwax, glue ear, sore throats, hay fever, migraines, sinusitis, rhinitis, vertigo, tinnitus, colds, insomnia and stress.
This one-day CPD workshop teaches you how to safely carry out Ear Candling Treatments, the course is ABT accredited and you will be able to add it to your insured therapies on completion of the course. We examine the health, safety and contraindications of treatments and you will get to both give and receive a treatment. The treatment concludes with sinus drainage massage.
We only use CE certified candles fitted with a safety filter as are needed for use in the UK for insurance purposes.
